These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnchorMind games — Cascade, Rewind, and Flux (the "Games") provided by Abundance Life Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By playing the Games, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
The Games use an anonymous account to enable the leaderboard. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with, decompile, or reverse engineer the Games, disrupt the service or other players, or use the Games for any unlawful purpose.
The Games and their content, design, and marks are owned by Abundance Life Inc. and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership in the Games.
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abundance Life Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Games.
We may update these Terms or the Games and may suspend or discontinue features at any time. Continuing to play after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
