Privacy Policy — AnchorMind Games

This Privacy Policy explains how Abundance Life Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the AnchorMind games — Cascade, Rewind, and Flux (the "Games"). By playing the Games, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

The Games are designed to collect as little as possible. There is no sign-up, and we never ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

Stored only on your device

Your puzzle progress, stars, best level, streak, chosen language, and sound setting are stored locally on your device. This information is not tied to your identity and is not sent to us.

Leaderboard (optional online feature)

• Anonymous account — to place you on the global leaderboard, the Games create an anonymous account through our backend provider, Supabase. It is a random identifier that contains no personal information.
• Gameplay stats — your total stars, best level, and streak are sent to our backend so the leaderboard can rank players.
• Display name (optional) — if you choose a display name, it is shown publicly on the leaderboard. Please do not include personal information in it. Names are filtered, and we may remove any that are offensive or that impersonate others.

The Games contain no third-party advertising, no cross-app tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to operate the Games and the leaderboard, keep them working and secure, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your information. We share the limited leaderboard data with our backend provider (Supabase) to operate the service, and we rely on the Apple App Store and Google Play to distribute the Games. Each processes information under its own privacy policy.

Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the Games. To delete your leaderboard entry — your anonymous account, stats, and display name — contact us at the address below and we will remove it.

Children's privacy

The Games are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies by law). The display name is optional and moderated, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and the date above reflects the latest revision.
