Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, apps, and content operated by Abundance Life Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), including this website (abundancelifemedia.com) and the AnchorMind mobile app (the "App"). By accessing or using our sites or the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Some of our brands publish their own terms. Where a brand has its own terms, those also apply to that brand's website — for example, 4AIWorld's Terms of Service.

Use of our sites and App

You agree to use our sites and the App lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or content. Features and content may change or be discontinued at any time.

App license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or modify the App except as permitted by applicable law or the app store from which you obtained it.

Intellectual property

Our names, logos, content, affirmations, audio, and brands are owned by Abundance Life Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission, except as allowed by law or expressly permitted within the App for your personal use.

Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

The App offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features. A free version with limited features is available. Subscriptions may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.

Pricing. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and annual basis. Current pricing is shown in the App at the point of purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice as required by the app stores.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method is charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal.
Managing and cancelling. Purchases are processed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — not directly by us. You manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID or Google account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the App reverts to the free version.
Refunds. Because subscriptions are billed through the app stores, refunds are handled under the Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Any refund request must be made through the applicable store; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
Usage limits. Writing your own affirmation text in Personalized is unlimited for members. AI-assisted creation (the Wizard, and Future Self, which rewrites the wishes you enter) is subject to a monthly limit — currently 200 generations per month, shared across those features; writing your own words does not count toward it. Generating spoken narration is subject to a separate monthly limit — currently 60 per month, shared across your creations; replaying narration you have already generated is always free and does not count toward it. Both limits reset at the start of each month, and we may adjust them over time.

Content and educational use

Our content, including affirmations, guided sessions, and audio, is provided for general informational, motivational, and wellbeing purposes only. It is not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health concern, seek help from a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use our content.

This includes any crisis, calming, or support content in the App. That content is supportive in nature and is not emergency, crisis, or clinical care. If you are in crisis, or think you may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away — in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). The App is not a substitute for emergency services.

Content you create

The App may let you generate custom affirmations from text you enter. You are responsible for the text you submit and must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or the personal information of others. By using this feature, you grant us a limited license to process your input to provide the feature (including sending it transiently to our AI providers (OpenAI and Google) to generate the result). AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected; review it before relying on it.

Affirmations you create in the Personalized ("your words") and Wizard ("made for you") modes, and the personalized lines you add through Future Self, are yours and are stored only on your device. We do not host, store, or access this content on our servers; it exists solely on your device and is removed if you delete it or uninstall the App. The text is transmitted only transiently to our AI providers to generate the words and voice, and is not retained. The affirmations in our topics and guided sessions come from our shared, server-hosted catalog and are not personal to you.

Content screening and moderation

To help keep the Personalized feature safe, we apply automated screening to text you enter. Content that appears to be hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or serious harm may be blocked from being narrated (voiced), shared, or, in some cases, saved, and we may disable narration or sharing for it at our discretion. This screening is applied transiently to provide the feature, and we do not retain the screened text. Automated review is not a substitute for your own responsibility for the content you submit. Third-party links and platforms

Our sites, brands, and App may link to or rely on third-party platforms and services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, and services such as our hosting, AI, and subscription providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

App store terms (Apple and Google)

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following also apply:

These Terms are between you and Abundance Life Inc. only, and not with Apple or Google. Abundance Life Inc., not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple and Google have no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. Any warranty is our responsibility, not theirs, to the extent a warranty applies and is not effectively disclaimed.
Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, or intellectual-property claims, to the extent responsibility rests with the App provider under applicable law.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a user who obtained the App from the App Store.
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of the store from which you obtained the App.

Prohibited use

interfere with or attempt to disrupt the security or operation of our sites or App
scrape, mass-copy, or redistribute our content without permission
misrepresent your affiliation with us
use our sites, App, or content for unlawful activity
upload malicious software or harmful code

Disclaimers

Our sites, App, and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abundance Life Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites, App, or content.

Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our sites or the App at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
